1-Hour Visit at 8pm for tube feeding client in Eden Prairie! Work where you live! $20/visit incentive added to base!
Join the dedicated team at BrightStar Care, a recognized leader in home health services, and help us provide exceptional care that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families. This client receives 4 visits per day for tube feeding and we are looking for a nurse that lives in the Eden Prairie Community (or willing to drive) willing to do the 8PM Visit! Visits available up to 7 nights per week. LPN base pay is $35/visit, RN base pay is $40/visit AND for this shift receive a $20/visit incentive!!

Job Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in accordance with professional standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient care and outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Minnesota.
- Previous experience in a home health or acute care setting is advantageous.
- Experience with Tube Feeding Clients required.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Reliable Vehicle, auto insurance, and valid driver's license.
- Cleared Netstudy Fingerprinting and Cleared TB test required prior to start date.
