Visit Nurses for Wound Care Specific Client in Minnetonka needed. 3x Daily Wound Care Visits 8am, Noon, and 5pm- 7 days per week. Looking for 2-3 nurses for this client. $35/Hour - Hourly Rate, $45/Visit Rate for this specific client. Wound Care Experience Required. Home Care Experience Preferred. Additional shifts may also be available in Minneapolis and Golden Valley Areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing services to patients in a home setting.
- Perform routine nursing care to patients as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
- Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of vital signs and health progress.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Communicate with Care Team on patient updates and changes in health
- Excellent clear and accurate documentation skills
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in Minnesota.
- 2 Years of Nursing Experience Required.
- Minimum 1 Year of Wound Care Experience Required.
- 1 Year of Experience in home health care or similar settings is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing empathetic, respectful care.
- Strong Communication Skills in a team setting and with a family dynamic.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with keen attention to detail.
- Must be cleared by MN Netstudy Fingerprinting prior to start date.
- Cleared TB Test or Chest X-Ray upon hire.
- Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance and Reliable Vehicle to use for work required.
