BrightStar Care is seeking an LPN based in Plainview, MN, as it's the ideal middle ground for travel to both Rochester and Wabasha. We're looking for someone available during typical work hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) to provide wound care and medication setup in Wabasha and medication setup in Rochester. This position offers 10-12 hours per week (part-time hours) if you’re open to seeing both clients. We would be more than happy to add more hours as we continue to grow!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing services to patients in a home setting.
Perform routine nursing care to patients as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of vital signs and health progress.
Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention

Requirements:

Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
Experience in home health care or similar settings is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing empathetic, respectful care.
Ability to work independently and efficiently with keen attention to detail.
