Are you looking for a job that is part time and to pick up hours as needed? BrightStar is the place for you! We are looking to staff a specific client on Tuesdays and Saturdays for an hour and a half, 10a-11:30a. This client would only need assistance with showering as well as tidying up their home. Role Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and conversation to enhance the lives of our clients.
Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
Provide physical assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation.
Accompany clients to appointments or social outings, providing transportation as needed.
Monitor and report changes in the client’s health, behavior, and needs.
Act as a member of the Care coordination team to communication with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.

Requirements:

A compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting)
Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance.
Negative TB test or Cleared Chest-Xray.
Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.
