Join us on October 1st for our very first walk in interview hiring event! We are seeking individuals who are interested in a per diem schedule as we continue to grow our new Rochester branch! We offer flexible scheduling which is great for those who are in school, have multiple jobs or simply enjoy a healthy work-life balance. We will provide you with the location the day before the interviews. Once you apply, we will send you the address. Please bring your drivers license, proof of current auto insurance as well a copy of your resume if you have it on hand!

Role Responsibilities:
  • Provide companionship and conversation to enhance the lives of our clients.
  • Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
  • Provide physical assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation.
  • Accompany clients to appointments or social outings, providing transportation as needed.
  • Monitor and report changes in the client’s health, behavior, and needs.
  • Act as a member of the Care coordination team to communication with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care. 
Requirements:
  • A compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting) 
  • Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance.
  • Negative TB test or Cleared Chest-Xray.
  • Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.

Compensation: $19.00 - $30.00 per hour
